Data & Account Deletion
You can delete your Herdz.io account and all data we hold about you at any time. This page also serves as our data-deletion instructions for accounts created through Google or Facebook sign-in.
How to request deletion
Email privacy@herdz.io from the email address linked to your account (or, if you play anonymously, tell us your in-game display name) with the subject "Delete my account".
We will confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your account record and display name.
- Your in-game currency balances (Lumens and Gems).
- Your owned and equipped cosmetic items.
- Your gameplay statistics.
- Any linked Google or Facebook identity.
What we may retain
We may keep limited records required for legal, tax, security, or fraud-prevention purposes (for example, a record that a purchase occurred), and anonymized aggregate statistics that no longer identify you.
Removing the Facebook connection only
If you only want to disconnect Facebook (without deleting your game account), you can remove Herdz.io from your Facebook settings under Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites. To delete your game data as well, follow the request steps above.
